| Whether you have your own RV, trailer, or tent we have sites available to accommodate your needs. Sleepy Hollow offers a variety of sites ranging from water and electric to with out. Our water and electric sites generally consist of 20, 30 & 50 amp hook-ups. We can also accommodate any recreational vehicles and motor homes up to 65 ft. All of our sites are available in shady and in sunny areas~you can choose which is best for you! Want to come camping, but you do not have a trailer, RV, or tent? NO PROBLEM! We offer park model rental units, which are available in one and two bedrooms. All of our rental units are conveniently located on the lake front. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates are available. Reservations Required. Our park models are equipped with all the necessities, to make your stay a pleasant one. Kitchens are equipped with cooking and serving utensils, coffee pots, toasters, stoves and full size refrigerators. The restroom's have full sized bathtubs with showers and hot water. Best of all, most of the park model rentals have air for those hot summer days, and heat for the cooler days of spring and fall. Please provide your own linens, pillows and blankets. Sleepy Hollow doesn't want to limit your fun to just weekends or a week. We also offer seasonal summer packages which enables you and your family to enjoy unlimited use of the campground, and its services. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING FOR YOUR STAY AT SLEEPY HOLLOW • All linens; sheets, pillows, towels, blankets etc • Toilet trees • Groceries (we have a convenient store on property for snacks, wood, ice and more) WHAT SLEEPY HOLLOW PROVIDES • In most units there are fully functional kitchens with the basics; dishes, utensils, pots, pans, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster • Picnic tables, fire pits, and lawn chairs OCCUPANCY • It is very important that we maintain a safe, peaceful, and relaxing environment here at Sleepy Hollow. To ensure this, rentals are limited to the number of people they contain. Additional visitors must register for an overnight site of their own or vacate park by 8pm. • Maximum capacity of cabins cannot be exceeded. PET POLICY • All pets must be pre-arranged at time of reservation, additional security or fees deposits required.(Certain restrictions apply) • A pet deposit of $50 is required at check-in at returned with regular security deposit within 10 days, provided there is no pet damage and extensive cleaning required. Damages resulting in over the $50 deposit will be required to be paid before vacating the unit on day of departure. • Pets are not allowed on the bedding or furniture, hair found in these places will require a cleaning fee, and will be deducted from the deposit. • Pets must never be left unattended, and are to be leased at all times. • Owners must clean up and dispose of pet waste properly. • Copy of rabies certificates required at check-in • No pets in swimming areas, food areas and high populated common areas CLEANING POLICY • To ensure that everyone has a clean cabin at check-in we need all departing campers to follow these simple guidelines o All dishes, pots, pans, utensils etc…washed and put away o Clean kitchen stove, oven, counters, refrigerators and other appliances o Clean bathroom tubs, sinks and floors o All floors swept o Remove garbage and bring to dumpsters located near office/store o Clean inside and outside areas of cabins o Please report any damaged items/property in relation to maintaining a pleasant cabin environment o There may be something that is in need of repair in the unit please notify us and we will do our best to rectify it in a timely manner Check in/Out Policy • All campers are required to register upon arrival, before entering their designated cabin • Cabin must be paid in full, security deposit surrendered, as well as pet deposits at check-in • Check in time is as early as 3pm, early arrival fees apply to units entered before check in time • Check out time is 11am, late checkout available for an additional fee • Security deposits will be returned via postal mail within 7 to 10 days. In certain cases personal checks will be shredded to avoid high postage costs • Loss of keys, gate cards, extensive cleaning and more will result in a minimum of a $25 deduction from security deposit RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY • Reservations must be pre paid no exceptions! Time lines vary • Deposit forfeited for non- arrival on date of reservation unless other arrangements made • Refunds on rentals require a 30 or more advance notice; otherwise credit in any form will not be issued. No refunds for holidays or special events! Rain check will also not be issued without ample time for cancellations. CAMPFIRE GUIDELINES • Campfires are the perfect way to end the day, firewood available for purchase at store since outside firewood is not permitted into Sleepy Hollow. We want to protect our trees from beetles. • There are fire pits where fires have been previously started, please contain your fires to only those areas • Use dry wood only, any cutting or damaging our trees will result in immediate eviction • No fire to be left unattended, always use water to extinguish before retiring • No fires are permitted on windy days BEACH/SWIMMING/BOAT POLICIES • Swimming waiver must be signed by head of site • No glass allowed • No boating in swimming area/no fishing in swimming area • No pets in swimming areas • Pay attention to all posted signs • Emergency phone located outside of recreation hall for safety. Store/office can also provide emergency phone • Life jackets required for all boater of any age • No alcoholic beverages allowed on boats • Adult supervision required for all children under 16 • Boat rentals must be pre- paid at store/office • More rules applied, please see swimming waiver OTHER HOUSE RULES TO REMEMBER… • No tents are permitted to be set up in the vicinity of the rental units • Please conserve water and electricity • Quiet hours are from 10pm until 8am • Be careful where you place anything in the ground, water lines located in the ground surface • Please do not feed wildlife STORE/OFFICE/RECREATION HALL • We have your basic camping needs ice, worms, marshmallows and more! • Propane available • Rec center open Friday until Sunday offering video games, snacks, ice-cream and more!
